General Terms

These Terms govern your access and use of our website and all services provided by Vantage Design School including but not limited to online/offline coaching, recorded courses, workshops, and digital materials. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not access the website or register for any service.

Registration and Admission

Registration for any course or program constitutes a binding agreement between the student and Vantage Design School. All personal and academic information submitted during registration must be accurate. Any falsification may lead to cancellation of admission without a refund. Enrollment is non-transferable. Admission once granted cannot be transferred to another individual or reused in a different batch without written approval.

Payment and Fee Policy

The course fee must be paid in full or as per the specified payment plan at the time of registration. Fees once paid are non-refundable except under the conditions mentioned in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to revise the course fees at any time before enrollment.

Access and Use of Materials

Students are granted access to learning materials solely for personal use. Sharing, distributing, selling, or reproducing course content without permission is strictly prohibited. Any student found sharing login credentials or materials with third parties may have their access revoked without notice or refund. Digital products such as downloadable content and recorded classes are not returnable once accessed.

Course Structure and Delivery

Course content, duration, schedule, and delivery method (live or recorded) are subject to change at the discretion of Vantage Design School. While we strive to deliver all promised content, any delays or rescheduling due to technical or administrative reasons shall not be considered a breach of contract.

Communication

By registering, you consent to receive communication via email, SMS, or phone for updates, reminders, and promotional content related to our services. If your number is on DND (Do Not Disturb), we are not liable for any missed notifications.

Student Code of Conduct

Students are expected to behave respectfully towards faculty, staff, and fellow learners. Disruptive behavior in live classes (online or offline) may result in suspension or termination of access. Mobile phones must be on silent mode during live sessions. Recording or redistribution of sessions without permission is strictly prohibited. Students must not damage or misuse learning platforms or physical property (if attending offline sessions).

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including videos, study materials, images, and branding, is the exclusive property of Vantage Design School. Unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution of any materials may result in legal action.

Disclaimer

Enrolling in a course does not guarantee success in any entrance exam. Individual outcomes depend on personal effort and learning capability. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the content provided.

Limitation of Liability

Vantage Design School shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. Any decisions made based on content or guidance from our platform are at your own discretion and risk.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if a student violates any of these Terms. No refunds shall be issued upon termination due to misconduct or misuse.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Indian laws. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

Updates to Terms

Vantage Design School reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
