At Vantage Design School, we take great care in delivering educational experiences and learning materials that are accurate, high-quality, and professionally curated. Our programs are designed to offer immediate access to value-driven content, faculty guidance, and academic planning. As a result, we maintain a strict return and refund policy to ensure fairness and transparency for all enrolled students.

Once a student enrolls in any of our programs—whether it be a short-term crash course, long-term coaching module, or access to recorded lectures and digital platforms—the enrollment is considered final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances for course fees paid towards our online or offline classes, digital access, live sessions, or recorded learning modules. By registering for a course, the student and/or guardian confirms their full understanding and acceptance of our teaching methodology, class format, and course structure. We also do not offer partial refunds for students who choose to discontinue mid-way or are unable to attend scheduled sessions due to personal, medical, academic, or professional reasons.

Refunds are only applicable to physical study materials (such as books or printed notes) if and only if they are returned in unused, untampered, and original condition. A request for such a return must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery. Beyond this 7-day window, we are unable to accept any return requests for study materials under any circumstances.

To be eligible for a return, the study materials must be in their original packaging, with all contents intact, unopened, and free from damage, wear, or any form of tampering. Any signs of use, partial opening, or physical alteration of the materials—such as writing, highlighting,
folding, or removal of seals—will render the return request invalid. Returns that do not meet these conditions will be rejected without exception.

If a return request is approved, the student or parent is responsible for shipping the materials back to our designated address at their own expense. The package must be securely packed to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure safe delivery. Vantage Design School will not be held responsible for items lost or
damaged during the return shipment.

Once we receive the returned material and verify that it complies with the stated return conditions, we will initiate a refund of the purchase amount paid for the material. This refund will be processed to the original mode of payment within a period of seven to ten working days. Please note that original shipping or handling charges, if any, are non-refundable. We also reserve the right to deduct applicable bank processing or transaction fees where required.

Refunds will not be considered for any other services including webinars, workshops, consultations, mock tests, or demo classes unless explicitly cancelled by Vantage Design School. In the rare case where we are unable to fulfill or deliver a paid product or event for reasons solely attributable to us, we may offer a replacement, credit voucher, or
refund at our sole discretion.

To request a return or report an issue related to study materials, students must contact our support team via email at hello@vantagedesign.in with a clear description of the issue, proof of purchase, and photographs of the unopened material (if applicable). Our team will review each request within two to three business days and provide further instructions.

By completing a purchase or enrolling in any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return and Refund Policy in its entirety. This policy is designed to protect both our students and our institution from misuse and to maintain
fairness and quality assurance across all interactions.
