Key Responsibilities
As an Admissions Counsellor at Vantage Design School, you will be the first point of contact for aspiring designers. Your role is to guide them in making informed career choices by clearly presenting our design entrance coaching programs and mentoring approach. You will engage with warm leads and inquiries, addressing their questions and helping them understand how Vantage can support their creative journey—ultimately converting interest into successful enrolments.
- Follow up with warm leads generated from marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and referrals.
- Engage with prospective students via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to understand their needs and guide them through the admissions process.
- Clearly explain course offerings, admission requirements, fees, and career outcomes.
- Build trust and rapport to improve conversion rates.
- Coordinate with trainers for updated course information and common student queries.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and enrolments.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to share feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
- Meet monthly enrolment targets.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
- Proficiency in spoken English and Hindi is a must.
- 1+ years Prior experience in student counselling in education or training.
- Excellent communication, listening, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Comfortable with CRM tools, Google Workspace, and online meeting platforms.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Available for immediate joining.
Compensation
- Fixed Pay: ₹1.8 L – ₹2.4 L per annum
- Commission: Offered per successful enrolment (details to be discussed during the interview).
